All Water Heaters are Energy Efficient Units known as "Tankless Water Heaters" there is no tank to rust or wear out; no pilots and they are extremely efficient as high as 87%! They only fire up as you use water and shut off when the faucet is closed And they weigh only about 30lbs! Depending on models Natural Gas or LP they start at $319 small unit to $349 larger family unit. Installation is required and some piping for and fittings may be needed to install. Typical install is about $275 to $350 however, your payback over an older tank model is a quick return on your money. Due to high altitude and cold weather Tankless units are the only way to go!!
